Warranties
StokesSkis.com warranty program strives to be hassle and worry free for its customers. Because of the direct customer - supplier link, warranty requests can be processed quicker and more efficiently. Stokes product will have different levels of warranties; extended, limited or no warranty.
A response is guaranteed on warranty claims within 5 days. Warranty claims are only processed if the customer submitted the claim according to the StokesSkis warranty procedures.
The Stokes Skis warranty extends for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase on all products except apparel.
Apparel is not applicable to any warranties. Proof of purchase is required.
REPAIRED OR REPLACED ITEMS ARE COVERED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY ONLY.
All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Our policy is to repair or replace all defective products.
Wetsuit (Neoprene) Warranty:
Stokes Skis offers a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and a one-year limited warranty on materials (i.e. zippers, grommets, leg straps).
Fading of material colors is not warranted. Minor imperfections in color and materials that do not affect the performance of the product are not warranted.
Stokes Skis will make the final determination as to whether the suit will be repaired, replaced, or do nothing depending upon our judgement of the manner in which the product was used.
Improper use voids warranty.
Any products marked or sold as seconds or demos will not be covered by any warranty.
All warranties apply to the original owner.
Stokes Skis does not warranty any damages to the glide skin neoprene featured on the Elite Series Jump suit, Skyliner Jump Suit, Speed Suit, Flight Suit, Super Flex Suit, Evo Vest, and Compression Top.
It is the retailer's responsibility to inform all customers of this circumstance. We do not warranty any of our gear that has been damaged from Crashing off the skis.
Soft Goods (apparel) Warranty:
Stokes Skis apparel is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 6 months. This includes defects in seams and materials. Normal wear and fading of color is not warranted. Stokes Skis will make the final determination as to whether the suit/bag/inflatabale will be repaired, replaced, or do nothing depending on our judgement of the manner in which the product was used. This includes Stokes Skyliner, Flight Suit, and Super Flex.
Improper use voids warranty.
How do I return an item?

Repairs:
Normal repair time is 2 weeks not including transportation on any material problems. All major repairs will be quoted on a case by case necessity. All repairs not covered by warranty will be billed at the rate of $35.00 per hour. No repair will be started without prior price quotation and approval of the same person requesting the repair.
Please Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or use of our products in a commercial capacity voids any warranties, expressed or implied.
This includes activities such as renting, leasing, ski school and show teams.
Proof-of-purchase from an authorized Stokes Skis Dealer is required for warranty coverage.
Soft Goods and Accessories (Excluding Ski Gloves)
Stokes Skis, for a period of six (6) months from date of purchase, will, at manufacturer's option, repair or replace at no charge any Stokes soft good (Excluding Ski Gloves) or accessory that is defective in materials and or workmanship.
Damage due to misuse or abuse is excluded as is normal wear, modifications, adjustments, Crashes, Jump Falls ect.

Returns
Stokes goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you would like to return any unused product, follow these guidelines:
Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. e-mail us at info@stokesskis.com for Return Authorization number. We offer no refunds or exchanges without a valid RA number.
All returns must be shipped: FedEx, UPS or USPS with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon inspection of returned product, Stokes, at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund to the credit card used for the purchase less the original shipping charges.
All returned items that were shipped with the free shipping promotion will be credited less the actual shipping costs.

STOKES INFLATBLES WARRANTY:
STOKES manufacturer makes every effort to produce our items to the highest quality and standards in the industry. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee against damage or breakage and cannot protect or warranty against circumstances outside of our control.
For the purchaser, STOKES provides a 6-MONTH warranty from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing of our products.
If you have a problem with your STOKES product and you suspect that it may be due to defective materials or workmanship, the purchaser will need to contact STOKES with a detailed description and photos of the fault at hand.
The consumer will need to cover the costs for return freight of the product back to STOKES.
If STOKES inspection indicates a defect that is an attribute to materials or workmanship, STOKES will repair or replace your inflatable item free of charge or arrange an exchange on the item at equal or lesser value or in some instances provide a full refund. Proof of purchase such as a sales receipt may be required. A refund or replacement might not be provided if product has been misused, mishandled, mistakenly installed, or modified in any way.
This 1-year warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear and aging of the product.
- Damage by extreme weather or environmental conditions.
- Damage while in possession of a freight carrier, a dealer, purchaser, or any party other than STOKES.
- Damage by accident, neglect, improper use, or handling.
- Inflatables that have been towed by power or sail boats.
- Inflatables sold as “demos” or in “as is” condition.
- Inflatables determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity which is customary for the product.
- Inflatables that have been structurally or dimensionally altered or modified.
- Inflatables used for commercial or rental purposes.
- Cosmetic flaws or colors may vary from those shown. Cosmetic flaws or variations in color are not covered by warranty.
- Use in excess of the manufacturers recommended maximum load capacity.
- Failure to comply with pressure recommendations, assembly / disassembly, and handling procedures.
- Does not cover any puncture, cut or abrasion sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage.
RETURNS
STOKES INFLATABLES 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
STOKES manufacturer makes every effort to produce inflatables to the highest quality and standards.
However, if you’re looking to return your recent purchase, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund back to the original payment method, less a 10% return fee as well as the purchaser being responsible for any return freight costs.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of use and be returned with all original packaging and included accessories and parts.
- All products are inspected upon arrival back to us. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any items are missing, this may be reflected in the refund
- Customer is responsible for the return freight. We are not able to provide return labels.

Are there costs to return?

Additionally, there is a 10% restocking fee that applies to all 30-Day Returns.

Returned items that come back in poor condition
If your return item arrives back to us and is found to be missing any originally included items, this may be deducted from your return fee total. If your item arrives back and is found to be in poor condition or have any damage caused by use and wear, STOKES reserves the right to either ship back to the customer or reflect this in the final refund.
Can I exchange an item instead of return?
